By booking with Montrel Event Rentals, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before the event begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may be subject to the full remaining balance.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is not included with the mobile bar or slushy machine. The client is responsible for providing all liquor, beer, and wine for the event.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, a safe event environment, access to the setup area, and any customer-supplied items required for the selected package.
Equipment Care
Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of rental items during the rental period.
Delivery and Setup
Delivery, setup, and pickup may be available depending on location and service selected. Additional fees may apply.
Service Refusal
Montrel Event Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, unsafe, disrespectful, or in violation of event safety expectations.
Weather and Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable setup area. Weather-related issues may affect setup or service.
Agreement
By paying a deposit or booking services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
